LifeSchool is an experiential holistic blueprint for living, grounded in the science of who we are, the art of living and the human need for meaning. Whether you are working one-on-one with me or part of a group experience, I will share with you information and tools that can support, heal, and sustain you throughout your lifetime.
Mastering the Mind
Our thoughts, feelings and stories “feed” the mind, determining the direction, emotional tenor and degree of meaning we experience. Developing self-awareness teaches us to pause and respond with care, rather than just reacting habitually.
Nourishing the Body: Food and Mindful Movement
The food choices we make have far reaching impact on our physical, mental and emotional health. Mindful Eating is a powerful tool to align us with foods that serve us well.
The meditative movement practices of Tai Chi, QiGong and Yoga, coordinated with breath and imagery, allow us to feel our wholeness.
Cultivating Heart and Spirit
Though the mind and intellect have much to offer when properly trained, they are limited without guidance from the heart. It is by cultivating the heart that we nourish qualities of love and compassion fulfilling our need for connection to self, others and spirit. By nourishing ourselves with uplifting practices, the heart and spirit naturally awaken and nourish us back.
